Temim Fruchter lives and loves and writes and eats copious pickled things in Washington, D.C. and Brooklyn, New York.
Temim loves radical Jewish ritual and is a self-taught rock n' roll drummer. She previously played in a band described by The Advocate as "the best Queer Jewish Transgender Rock Band Ever" -The Shondes (a Yiddish word for “disgraces”).
She was raised in an Orthodox Jewish home and studied creative writing as an undergraduate student. She now works as a storyteller, communications administrator and freelance contributor.
